Team dues are due by December 1st, 2025. Dues for each team are $60.
Any outstanding dues or entry fees need to be paid ASAP. Failure to pay for state meet entries or team dues will result in not participating in the league this year.
March 9th, 2026 is the deadline to pay state entry costs. If you do not pay by this date, your team will not swim at the state meet! If you have not paid state entry fees by March 9th, your team will not swim at the state meet.
All team dues and payments need to be made to the Greater Iowa Swim League. Treasurer is Kelsey Hughes of Perry.

State Swim Meet
The GISL State meet will be held March 14th, 2026 at the Wellmark YMCA.
State Swim is capped at 5 Events, including relays! If a swimmer is qualified in 5 individual events, they can choose to swim 5 individual events instead of relays. Relays are limited to One Free and One Medley Relay per meet. Swimmers are allowed to swim up one age bracket only for relays or can swim in the OPEN relay regardless of age. There are NO MIXED relays at State!
Carroll will run concessions at the state meet.
Des Moines East will be in charge of the hospitality/coaches room.
State events will remain at $5 per event for entries.
State entries will be due on February 21st! More details to come on exact deadlines.

Qualifying time
Minimum of 1 GISL meet / 3 total meets starting from November 1st,
Bonus events must be 200 yds or shorter. Bonus events are allowed for up to a maximum of 3 individual events. Swimmers must have one qualifying time in order to be eligible to swim bonus events.
The League voted on the change of moving away from High Point to Personal Best!
Swimmers open events are capped at age 19 and/or a high school student to participate in the league.
